Description
The second largest possum, with a head and body length of 32–58 cm and a tail length of 24–40 cm. They have large pointed ears, grey fur, and a bushy black tail. Males are larger than females. The fur of males is reddish at the shoulders.
Food and Feeding
Eats leaves, flowers, fruit, shoots, invertebrates, and occasionally fungi.
